Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The School offers a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible Courses. If a Course isn't the right fit, Students may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided the Student has not yet completed Milestone 3 of the Course.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• The Student has not completed Milestone 3 or any milestone beyond it.
• The Course was purchased directly through the School (see Section 4 for exclusions).

3. How to Request a Refund

Students can request a refund by emailing wiseplaybookhelp@mcmillaneducation.com with their full name, the email address used at purchase, and the name of the Course. The School will confirm eligibility and, once approved, process the refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted where:

• The 7-day window has passed.
• The Student has completed Milestone 3 or beyond.
• The Course was purchased as part of a bundle, promotion, or discount explicitly marked as final sale or non-refundable.
• There is reasonable evidence of abuse of this policy (see Section 6).

5. One Refund Per Student, Per Course

Each Student is entitled to one refund per Course. A Student who has already received a refund for a Course is not eligible for a second refund on that same (or another) Course, including upon repurchase.

6. Right to Deny or Revoke

The School reserves the right to deny a refund request, or to revoke Course access, where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across one or more Courses, use of multiple accounts to bypass the one-refund limit in Section 5, or bulk downloading of Course materials shortly before a refund request.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Students agree to contact the School using the process in Section 3 before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without first requesting a refund may result in suspension of Course access and account privileges.

8. Changes to this Refund Policy

The School may revise this Refund Policy at any time without notice. Continued enrollment in the School following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
